The THW-CB10/60 baler is designed to bundle various paper products. It is made up of high grade steel for greater durability and longer service life. This baler is easy to operate and has minimal maintenance work too. The Baler is enhanced with pressing force capacity of 81,500 lbs (37 Tons) & is capable of producing bales of 330-620 lbs (150-280 kg). THW-CB10/60's daily production capacity is 8-10 Ton. THW-CB10/60 baler is a double chamber based vertical machine. This enables material feeding & bailing to be carried out synchronously. This Bi-Task attribute increases work efficiency and boost the production by 2x as compared to single chamber balers. The hydraulic system at the top rotates in 180' angle to carry out the alternative bailing & feeding operation. The baler is specially known for its Bi-Task Attribute of feeding & bailing at the same time. They are specially designed to provide effective operation at low cost & pollution free operating. To ensure the safety of the labour, the feeding gate is built with extra locking system, unless and untill the feeding gate is not locked properly the machine wouldn't start.
